If we're talking the cream of the crop of the Belgian music scene, we can't avoid Jan Paternoster and Dries Van Dijck, who've been operating as Black Box Revelation for ten years now. It has been an incredible decade for the band: supporting Beady Eye and Iggy Pop among others, working with producer and Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Alain Johannes, creating a soundtrack for True Blood and playing on David Letterman's show ... They've done it all.

In the meantime, they also released five quality albums, featuring a plethora of radio hits like 'Never Alone / Always Together', 'I Think I Like You' and 'Tattooed Smiles', from their most recent album of the same name. That record saw Black Box Revelation go beyond what had come before. They enriched their old-school American blues with folk and hiphop influences, collaborating with Seasick Steve and Roméo Elvis to achieve that goal.

Live, Jasper Morel has joined the band on keys and guitar, which results in a crackling and bristling wall of sound that will resonate for a long time.
