Welcome to a haven of peace and calm at Cactusfestival!
Feeling like taking a break? Cactus Oasis remains the ultimate hangout spot at Cactusfestival! You can drop by on Saturday and Sunday – and, starting from this year, on Friday as well, either to relax by the banks of the Lake of Love or have a drink on the sunny terrace of the Oasis Bar.
Meanwhile, kids can let their imagination run wild and play to their heart’s content on the creative installations by Bolwerk, scattered throughout the site.

Creatool – Domino Drop
Use all the brain cells of the participants, communicate and work together to make it one big success. Will the domino drop or not? That is the question!
Woeshzone
An animated open arena where participants can practice to their heart’s content. Every half hour you can also attend a micro-circus workshop.
Human Claw Machine
A hilarious variation on the familiar claw machines you can come across at any fairground. Those devices where you throw in coin after coin and then do your best to grab a stuffed animal or a watch with the help of a gripper. Okaaaay, let’s go!
Playscape
A fixed value at Cactus Festival: a ‘bouncy castle’ made of giant balloons, better known as Playscape.
Productions en Zonen
Productions en Zonen performs theatre and creates concepts in many forms. Inspiring, atmospheric, audience-oriented, interactive, with a humorous undertone and a touch of poetry. At this year’s Cactus Festival, they will provide the mobile interventions Poetry Bathtub, Mirror Ball and Floss.
Hair salon OdeVie
With wacky play equipment comes wacky haircuts. Hair salon OdeVie will take care of you and your kids’ hair at Oasis.

Ready to dance? You’ll find what you’re looking for at Cactusfestival’s best-kept secret: the BLVRD DJ sets.
From 7 PM onwards, the caravan opens its doors at Cactus Oasis, and the party kicks off with DJs and selectors handpicked by Bruges’ youth magazine BLVRD to light up the place. House, breaks, disco, hip-hop, baile funk, bassline, garage – anything goes!
